# Adding documents to a contract (retired duplicate)

Please use that article instead — it has the current click path, the supported file types and size limits, and the correct explanation of what the AI does and does not do with added documents.

> **Why this one was retired:** it duplicated an existing article and contained an incorrect statement about AI analysis. It said ContractHero AI would not analyse added documents. In fact the AI reads every document attached to a contract when a re-analysis runs — what an added document does *not* get is its own contract record with its own fields.
